Fees:   My fee is $140 for a 50 minute session. Some sliding scale appointments are available. 

I am currently on the Blue Shield and CIGNA  insurance panels.  For any other insurance companies  I'm glad to provide a bill that you can turn in to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement.
